The first DG-1001, produced by our newly established JSDG Production GmbH (Production Organisation), has been successfully completed at DG Aviation in Bruchsal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This accomplishment marks a new chapter in our collaboration between Jonkers Sailplanes and DG Aviation. The cooperation has been seamless, and it\u2019s truly inspiring to witness the dedication and enthusiasm of the entire team of eight \u2013 four from Jonker Sailplanes and four from DG Aviation \u2013 involved in our daily operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to have the Jonkers team joining DG Aviation GmbH<\/a> every few months for five weeks to help building DG-1001 gliders with a dedicated Jonkers workforce team at DG’s facilities. This collaboration is a fantastic opportunity for both teams to learn from each other, fostering a center of excellence and building strong German-South African friendships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the time the Jonkers team departs on June 12th, a total of three gliders will have been completed \u2013 a remarkable achievement for all of us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
